When Njordr distributes your catalogue, Njordr — not you — sells under its own accounts and carries the regulatory obligations of selling in that market. That's the point: you don't open accounts, register entities, or track per-country rules. We do.
Every order is priced on net value, with destination VAT added on top and remitted by Njordr through the One-Stop-Shop scheme. You see net, VAT and gross broken out on every order line — nothing is bundled or hidden.
Njordr names a responsible person for products sold under its accounts, as EU law requires. Safety and labelling information is captured per SKU during onboarding so it's in place before the first listing goes live.
Njordr registers and reports under each market's extended producer responsibility scheme — including Germany's LUCID registration — and files the per-market volume reports that requirement carries.
