Contract signature, tax-filing sign-off, the named GPSR responsible person, dispute escalation, sourcing-document spot-checks, and the decision to scale a partner up are all human decisions. Everything between an order landing and goods reaching the buyer's door runs automatically.
When the AI isn't confident — an ambiguous category, a flagged claim, a return that doesn't fit the standard pattern — the decision routes to a human review queue instead of guessing. Nothing publishes or pays out on a low-confidence guess.

Card data is tokenised by our PSP — Njordr's systems never touch raw card numbers.
