Njordr processes partner and buyer data under a lawful-basis register, with granular consent, defined retention periods, and data processing agreements with every processor we use. Data stays in the EU.
Marketplace buyer data (eBay, Allegro, bol, Kaufland) is used for fulfilment only — shipping the order, handling a return, answering a support message. It is never used for marketing without separate, explicit consent. Full AI personalization is offered only to Njordr webshop customers who have opted in. The two tiers never mix.
Erasure, portability and access requests are honoured under GDPR for anyone whose data Njordr holds — partners, buyers, and site visitors alike. Contact hello@via.eu to exercise these rights.
Card data is tokenised by our payment service provider — Njordr never stores raw card numbers, keeping PCI scope to a minimum.
